Note Stack

The Graphics Fairy posted such a cute image on December 16, 2010, and I just immediately had to put it to good use by creating an 80 sheet note pad.

I created the layout using Microsoft PowerPoint. I did this by inserting the image, resizing it, then adding lines to the desired area for writing notes. Next step was to group all the elements together as a single image, then copy and past to fill the page. I printed 20 copies of the completed slide and cut the sheets to 4.5" x 4.5", giving me 80 note pages. I clipped the pages tightly together near the top and applied rubber cement adhesive to the top. Just the easy!
Now I have a very cute note pad that I can leave in my car, on my desk, on my craft table, next to my recliner or in the kitchen to jot down all those important notes. I may need to make several more of these so I have one in each of the aforementioned areas!
Thanks for visiting my page! Your comments are always welcome. I love reading them!

OH and that image came from the Graphics Fairy, as well! I edited the image in Corel PaintShop Photo Pro to just keep the 'A Merry Christmas'. This isn't a very good edit on my part, but you get the point!)

  1. What a great idea! I had to pop over and wish you good luck. We've been dealing with these awful tornadoes up here in TN as well. So from one neighbor to another - prayers for a safe season....
